web options, inc.. is an S Corporation incorporated in the State of Ohio. Gerald L. Robinson, Daniel Windel and James Scott formed the company, originally RWS & Associates, Inc., in 1995 for consulting in capital acquisition, expense reduction and business planning. Gerald L. Robinson, the President, became the sole owner in 2000. Early in 2001, we began planning our entry into the website design and consulting business. The Ohio Secretary of State, J. Kenneth Blackwell, certified the change of the Company name to web options, inc. on March 18, 2002.
